GPS conferences: November 2006

The third & fourth Government Procurement Service (GPS) conferences 2006 were held on 23 November at Old Trafford, Manchester and 30 November in Bristol.  The agenda below carry links to speaker presentations.

Both autumn conferences maintained the theme of the 2006 series:  

  • To recognise the important contribution that public sector procurement specialists play in the delivery of value for money 
  • To offer an approach to the structured development of those actively involved with government procurement to build on that contribution
  • To develop and encourage a network of professional procurement expertise that can share experience and best practice.
