John Ioannou Head of OGC's Market and Suppliers Construction will address delegates at the forthcoming Constructing the Future conference 2007, 9th October in the Cavendish Conference Centre in London.

John Ioannou OGC leads in further embedding the Achieving Excellence in Construction (AEC) best practice and in implementing the recommendations of the Kelly report on improving competition and better capacity planning in construction procurement. This includes the development/embedding the Public Sector Construction Demand Database and facilitating scenario modelling/market analysis by the central government sector. John is also leading the work on measuring the improvements and quantifying the value gains made in embedding the AEC initiative.
