To meet the commercial challenges ahead, Government will increasingly need to call on a highly skilled and professional resource in its commercial activities from procurement through to programme and project management (PPM), and estate management.

OGC's Procurement Capability Reviews assess each Whitehall department's procurement capability and lead to a tailored plan of action for each department. OGC also provides leadership and a community network for both procurement professionals (through the Government Procurement Service), and PPM specialists - helping to foster best practice and consistent standards across Government.
