Contract Description:
A framework for the provision of professional and technical consultancy requirements comprising of 4 service categories, the categories will include: 

Strategic and Business Change Management Consultancy  - Strategy development and implementation, development or review of government policy, objectives, programmes or initiatives, strategic planning, feasibility studies, organisational design and change, and rationalisation and efficiency, incorporating transformation and LEAN solutions.

Strategic Financial Consultancy Development of financial policies, strategies and operations, advice to projects including PPP/PFI projects, Banking, Pensions and investment advice, revenue and cost projections, investment appraisals, financial system development and financial reporting/ reviews.

Operational Financial Consultancy Risk Assurance, including audit, analysis, investigation and specialist reviews, VAT and Tax advice,  Pension scheme and debt control.

Human Resources Management Consultancy  HR Change Management,  Pay and Reward reviews or strategy, Diversity, equality planning and communications, skills analysis and audit.
