Contract Description	Contract Description: A framework for the supply of principal contractors (construction companies) for the design development, procurement and implementation of building work. The framework provides a two-stage procurement process enabling the contractor to be brought into the team on a fee basis as early as possible, ideally before Planning Permission is sought (RIBA Stage C) also includes the provision of design services, construction/project management and other related services with the appointed partners working in collaboration with participating organisations.
