Contract Description

1. Customer Research

  • Quantitative research: Customer Satisfaction Surveys for key customer segments, including profiling, segmentation analyses and quantitative proposition testing.
  • Qualitative research on a variety of strategic issues including, but not limited to focus groups and depth interviews; accompanied browsing/usability testing; customer proposition development; and mystery shopping.

2. Social Research
Using a range of techniques, including ethnography, to understand social trends and specific social phenomena so as to guide policy development. Certain research projects may be carried out within member Agencies of the DVO Group. There is therefore the opportunity for selected contractors to work on Agency-specific projects as well.
