Contract Description	Contract Description: OGCbuying.solutions BT Premier Value is a Memorandum of Understanding, which by aggregating Public Sector spend with £8M per year commitment, enables Public Sector BT customers to receive the best rates in BT's Premier Value Business Calls Pricing Package. The agreement is available at no cost to existing BT customers. Customers are also offered free BT Analyst Consult consultancy service to identify and optimise line and call usage plus line rental packages providing savings based on individual customer commitment (there are ongoing negotiations to bring these into the pan-Government MoU similar to Premier Value).
