Contract Description:
A framework for Advertising Agencies to develop:Consumer related campaigns i.e. Campaigns to build awareness and/or encourage behavioural change and Specialist recruitment and statutory notice campaigns which are delivered predominately via classified advertising in order to a) fill job vacancies or b) make a statutory public announcement.
