OGC have produced a guide, 'Flagging your contracts to SMEs', that outlines how procurement professionals should consider contract opportunities and their suitability for SMEs, and how suitable opportunities can be 'flagged'.  The guide also covers some of the issues to be considered through the procurement process to ensure SMEs are not disadvantaged once they have expressed interest.
