The Template and this guidance support the development of quality PAM Plans by providing a best practice model. Within that structure, key considerations relevant to property planning are identified, the user is required to communicate with other business infrastructure planning functions such as HR and ICT, and is challenged to align with cross government strategic goals such as sustainability and service transformation.
