Report commissioned by the Fair Payment Task Group

OGC received a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for a report written by Davis Langdon and commissioned by the Fair Payment Task Group on exemplar practices in construction supply teams to ensure fair payment. The applicant requested a copy of the final report, or if this was not available, the latest drafts of the report.

OGC confirmed that we hold a copy the draft report entitled "Fair Payment" Practices in Construction.  Although it is described as a final draft, it has not yet been accepted by the Task Group.

A copy of the redacted report disclosed under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 is available on request via the OGC Service Desk.
