Memorandum of Understanding 2005-06 between the e-Government Unit and OGC

OGC received the following request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000:

I have seen a media article from last year that mentions a new (at the time) MoU between the Office of Government Commerce and the e-Government Unit. I would like to see a copy of this memorandum as mentioned in the article. I would also like to see any further newer versions of this, if any exist, or any other documents that describe changes to the original MoU.

OGC confirmed that we hold a copy the MoU and that there have been no updates to the original version.
