A list of Gateway Reviews conducted on IT projects

Between February 2001 and 31 March 2004 (02 August 2005)

OGC received a request for the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000:

A list of the 440 Gateway reviews outlined in today's (July 5) Public Accounts Committee report on the OGC divided into red, amber and green outcomes.  All I require is the title of the review, the department and agency covered and the outcome.  I am not asking for the release of the reports in full.

OGC disclosed a list of the Gateway reviews detailing the originating department and the project name. OGC withheld the RAG (red, amber, green) status information.

Please note that the original number of reviews quoted in the report was 440 but the number now on the database for that period is 487.  This is because it takes time for them to be entered onto the system and hence new ones for that period have been added since the original report was run. OGC released the names of the projects that are covered by the 487 reports.
