What constitutes OGC's own Intellectual Property?

1. The Office of Government Commerce (OGC) develops and publishes a wide range of best practice, that is protected by Crown copyright and, in some cases, Trade Marks. This material is OGC's Intellectual Property.

2. OGC's best practice covers a wide range of management practices, including programme and project management, procurement and service management. The best practice exists in various formats, including web-based material and formally published books.
