Intellectual Property - statement on OGC's guidance

We want to encourage the reuse of OGC best practice, but whatever the form of reuse, you will need a licence. Please read on, to see how to obtain the required form of licence you will need.

The Office of Government Commerce (OGC) develops and publishes a wide range of best practice that is protected by Crown copyright and, in some cases, Trade Marks. This material is OGC's intellectual property. OGC aims to make our best practice easily accessible to organisations wishing to reproduce it into their own best practice standards, or incorporate it in commercial products and services. Permission to reuse OGC's intellectual property is provided through licensing.
