Use of OGC copyright material

Copyright of all material published by OGC, or on OGC's behalf, is owned by the Crown. Copyright protection applies to all OGC's material in any media, wherever it is accessed or available. If you wish to reuse OGC's Crown copyright material please read the following:

1. Unless your use falls into the categories covered in paragraphs 2, 3, or 4 below, all reuse of Crown copyright material requires a licence from the Office of Public Sector Information ("OPSI") who administer all Crown copyright material. There are 2 types of licence either a PSI licence (Public Sector Information licence) or a Value Added Licence.  Further information can be found here: http://www.opsi.gov.uk/click-use/index.htm.

2. Reuse of material appearing on the OGC Website is permitted in accordance with the statement "Use of content solely from OGC's website".

3. Reuse of OGC's ICT Guidance which appears on the Partnerships UK (PUK) website  is permitted in accordance with the statement appearing on the PUK website. 

4. OGC's Accreditation Partner, APMG reuse OGC's material in the context of officially accredited products and services, including accredited training courses and exams.
