What you need to do

Determine the contract management arrangements for:

  • service delivery, including performance management
  • managing the relationship
  • contract administration

Points to consider

Ensure that appropriate resources are allocated to manage the contract - typically 2% of the contract value in staff time, proportionately more at start up and for smaller contracts.
