What you need to do

Develop the evaluation plan, setting out the evaluation process, and the evaluation model providing a means of recording and assessing evaluator's findings of the evaluation.

Points to consider

This should be done in parallel with development of the specification to:

  • ensure the right information is requested from suppliers to allow for a thorough evaluation.
  • supplier responses map easily onto the evaluation model.
