What you need to do

The Business Change Manager is responsible for ensuring the particular benefits relevant to each project can be realised from implementation of the project's outputs.

The Programme Manager should ensure that any required amendments, re-scoping or re-planning of projects, in order to align with the programme's Blueprint and Benefits Realisation Plan, are agreed and actioned.
