Our team works to improve access to better deals for local service providers in Local Government by working with and through Professional Buying Organisations (PBOs). This activity includes improving the quality of management information and sharing best practice frameworks through channels such as the Regional Improvement & Efficiency Partnerships. We strive to improve the quality of information available on procurement spend from Local Government to ensure the implementation of common standards and greater transparency. We also provide guidance on best practice for the procurement of goods and services, as well eProcurement tools, such as the Contracts Database and eAuctions.
