Successful Delivery Skills Programme

The Successful Delivery Skills Programme is due to be launched in late September 2002. One of its key components is the Skills Framework. The skills identified in the Framework cover a wide spectrum of the delivery activities of civil servants, together with a skills maturity matrix standard for those in programme and project management roles.
