A guide to eProcurement for the public sector has now been posted to the OGC website. eProcurement: Cutting through the hype highlights what you need to know about eProcurement to manage its introduction successfully. It complements the guidance already available from OGC on managing IT projects successfully (PRINCE 2 and SPRITE) and the requirement for Gateway reviews.
