Assessing Competence in Construction - The Construction Skills Certification Scheme - (CSCS). Information Note 5/2003 has been published under Interests > Property & Construction > Property & Construction Best Practice Centre > Information.
This Information Note advises government construction clients of the need to require supplier companies to demonstrate, as a matter of good practice, that all those working on their sites have a proven level of competence (knowledge, skills, and experience), including health and safety.
