Joint OGC / Cabinet Office Delivery Awards 2005

The winners of the Delivery Awards were announced at the Delivering Efficient and Effective Public Services Conference on 11 November 2005. John Oughton, CEO of OGC, presented five awards for excellence in the achievement of successful outcomes in the implementation of programme and project management across the public service.
