EC procurement thresholds from the New Year

EC procurement thresholds from January 1, 2006

Visit the Procurement Policy and EU Rules page for the latest tables showing the thresholds, net of VAT, applying to public sector bodies and utilities, for contracts that are subject to the EU procurement rules. 

Please note the figures will change further the new public procurement regulations are implemented at the end of January 2006.
