New EU Directives covering public sector and utilities procurement

The new European Union Directives covering public sector and utilities procurement, which simplify, clarify and update the EU rules, have been implemented.
Guidance notes covering new issues in these directives - including framework agreements, reserved contracts for supported businesses and factories, dynamic purchasing systems, mandatory exclusion of economic operators, central purchasing bodies, electronic auctions and competitive dialogue procedure - are available here in OGC's Policy section.
