Enter now for CIPS Awards 2006 - deadline May 26

Entries close on Friday, May 26, for the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) Supply Management Awards 2006, to celebrate and reward excellence in purchasing and supply management.

OGC is sponsoring this year's event, which will select 10 teams to celebrate their successes in the field, including best public procurement project, best purchasing initiative by a smaller organisation and best process improvement initiative - and two individuals as the CIPS purchasing and supply management professional of 2006, under and over the age of 30.

The winners will receive their awards at a formal dinner on Thursday, October 26, 2006, at the London Hilton Hotel on Park Lane, where more than 900 people attended the glittering ceremony last year.


The awards - run jointly by CIPS and its fortnightly magazine, Supply Management - have grown in popularity since it was launched in 2003.
