Two preferred bidders have been selected for the publishing and accreditation services for OGC's Best Practice portfolio.
OGC is pleased to announce that the preferred bidders in the Commercial Activity Recompetition (CAR) project are:
The Stationery Office (TSO) - for publishing of the IT Infrastructure Library® (ITIL®), PRINCE2™, MSP and M_o_R®
APM Group Ltd - for accreditation services for ITIL, PRINCE2, MSP and M_o_R
The preferred bidder status was assigned on Thursday, June 1, 2006, following a successful procurement process, which began in July 2005.
If negotiations are successful, we expect to award the contracts in July.
The requirement was originally advertised in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) contract notice 2005/S 224-221400.
Note:
1: OGC owns and maintains a portfolio of Best Practice Guidance. The portfolio is supported through commercial arrangements for services in publishing and qualification or accreditation of training and consultancy services. Existing contracts are due to expire in 2006. The CAR project is being run to secure new arrangements for the future provision of these services.
