Delivering value from consultancy - new OGC guide for public sector clients and suppliers

Providing high quality consultancy services is vital to delivering the UK's ambitious public sector agenda.

OGC has published a new guidance - Delivering Value from Consultancy - aimed at helping and supporting our public sector clients and suppliers to gain value for money from consultancy resources.

OGC has teamed up with customers and suppliers, through the Professional Services Forum, to develop this guidance because a successful outcome requires effective clients as well as effective suppliers.

The document is meant to be adopted as a key reference point for both sides, when embarking on an assignment.

Delivering Value from Consultancy provides a practical summary of best practice principles, relating to all aspects of engagement of consultancy.

It has been designed to help identify good practices and behaviour that will support value for money delivery.
It will also to act as a framework to capture new ideas and opportunities.
