High Performing Property - the routemap to property asset management excellence has been launched

Bringing together recommendations from Towards better management of public sector assets (PDF, 210KB) by Sir Michael Lyons and subsequent research by Professor Stephen Male, University of Leeds Improving property asset management in govt estate (PDF, 1.1MB) - High Performing Property maps the transformation required if Government is to obtain best value from its property portfolio.

Transformational activities for government organisations and for the centre are based around four components:

High Performing Property was launched by the Chief Secretary to the Treasury on 9 November 2006.
