Statement from OGC - Information Tribunal's Decision Regarding Release of Gateway Information on ID Cards Programme

The Information Tribunal has issued (3 May) its decision relating to the disclosure of Gateway information on the ID Cards Programme under the Freedom of Information Act. It has ordered that the material in question, pre-Stage Zero and Stage Zero of the Gateway Review process, is released.

OGC has noted the decision of the Information Tribunal and will consider what actions it will take in the light of this decision.
