Transforming the Estate conference - new tools launched

The Property Asset Management (PAM) Plan Template and the PAM Maturity Matrix were launched at today's 'Transforming the Estate' conference.  These tools support improvements to PAM Planning and PAM Capability respectively and set standards in Estate Procurement as part of High Performing Property.
