New ICT Model Contract

OGC in conjunction with Partnerships UK, has now published a revised and enhanced Model ICT Agreement and Guidance (version 2.1) for large ICT Services arrangements. All the documents can be freely accessed at the Partnerships UK website.
The model ICT Agreement and Guidance sets out the ICT contracting standards that central government is expected to meet, as part of the implementation of Transforming Government Procurement (TGP).
