OGC website wins award for outstanding achievement

The Office of Government Commerce Website has won an international Interactive Media Awards (IMA) Outstanding Achievement Award.

The OGC website was described as representing "a very high standard of planning, execution and overall professionalism". To win the award, the site had to excel against all judging criteria: design, content, feature functionality, usability, standards compliance and cross-browser compatibility.

The Interactive Media Awards™  created by the Interactive Media Council, Inc. (IMC), recognize the highest standards of excellence in website design and development and honour individuals and organizations for their outstanding achievement. 

The Interactive Media Council is a non profit organization of leading web designers, developers, programmers, advertisers and other web-related professionals, the competition is designed to elevate the standards of excellence on the Internet and offer winners a boost in marketing and exposure.
