The 2006 Procurement Regulations have introduced a number of new concepts. OGC wishes to ensure that a common understanding is reached across the public sector. Therefore we are working with training suppliers and policy makers to ensure that the right messages and information becomes part of the delivery process.

Furthermore, we develop additional material for particular procurement matters to explain their impact on procurement activity and the steps procurers need to take to ensure they remain within the spirit of the policy, as well as the law, relating to the UK Procurement Regulations and EU Procurement Directives.
