Procurement Policy

OGC represents the United Kingdom on procurement matters to the European Commission, other EU partners and to the World Trade Organisation and its members, and helps British Government departments to apply the rules here in the UK. We take the lead on the Government's policy of achieving value for money in public procurement. This includes considering, advising and producing guidance on the scope to take into account issues, such as sustainability, within the legal and policy framework.  

We also manage a Supplier Feedback Service This does not provide or preclude legal redress, but it offers an additional structured route to address complaints about public procurement.
