Financial Reports Framework

OGC has put in place a collaborative framework agreement with Equifax, the provider of business credit and financial information, for the provision of financial reports to public sector purchasers.

The reports, which can be accessed over the Internet, provide procurers with a succinct and accurate analysis of the financial position of suppliers, whether they are Private Limited Companies, Public Limited Companies or Limited Liability Partnerships registered in England, Wales and Scotland. The reports enable purchasers to make an informed assessment of the financial viability of both current and potential suppliers e.g. to assist PQQ evaluation.

Procurers can quickly purchase and download two types of reports via the Internet: a brief report providing background information and summary financial data on the entity requested with a concluding risk rating; and a more detailed assessment report, which also includes additional financial and other information relevant to an understanding of the entity's financial standing and risk.

  • Prices start at £9 for the brief report and £11.70 for the detailed assessment. These prices will reduce by up to approximately 75% depending on the total number of public sector purchases made over time.
