Programmes & Projects

Many of Government’s key policies are delivered through major, large-scale programmes and projects, requiring the investment of significant resource by Departments. OGC’s goal is to positively impact on the outcome of these major projects, and contribute to a measurable improvement in the overall health of the Government project portfolio.  OGC supports Departments in a number of ways: regular reporting on the most critical programmes and projects; through the OGC Gateway™ process , including an indication of ‘delivery confidence’ for a project; and, providing a number of best practice tools and products for the Government Programme and Project Management community.
