Projects are everywhere and accomplishing them appears simple at first, but in practice can be very difficult. Knowledge of how to do it isn't enough. When working to deliver change through projects, we know that the best people work very differently to the rest. Come and find out how these people are developed.

In this 2-day, all-participation event, you will observe, experience and be challenged to express the essential behaviours that enable close engagement; and enable the breakthrough from good to outstanding project delivery.

Date: 12th and 13th May 2010

Website  / email:  https://www.apm.org.uk/eventKnowledg2.asp?pdate=0-0&branch=-101

Notes:

Following on from last years successful event, the APM are repeating the Knowledgeshare event in May 2010. Over 100 people attended last years Knowledgeshare at UCL that saw presentations on Planning, Governance, Programme Management and Assurance.

The event is being repeated in May 2010 at the Kings Fund in central London and many APM SIGs will be taking part including, Planning, Benefits Management, Earned Value, Programme Management, Governance, Assurance and Risk.

The APM runs several Specific Interest Groups (SIGs) covering development and dissemination of key areas of the APM Body of Knowledge. The role of the SIGs is to provide a forum where members and their guests can discuss a particular aspect of project management that is of current interest. These groups help further the understanding and practice of project management tools and techniques within the defined area of interest.

In May 2010, many of the APM SIGs, in association with the APM London Branch, will again join together to provide for those attending:

An opportunity to learn the state of the art across four vital project management topics

An opportunity to question the thought and practitioner leaders

An efficient way to move between tracks, choosing which aspect of which topics to attend

An outstanding networking opportunity

APM Members 1 day £90+VAT

APM Members 2 days £120+VAT

Non-Members 1 day £110+VAT

Non members 2 days £160+VAT
