Survey to go live in July

The reward project survey will go live on 14 July for 5 weeks.
The GPS team have worked with departments to compile a database of eligible respondents, who will receive an invitation to complete the brief on-line survey via e-mail on the 14 July.

This will be your opportunity to provide feedback on how you are rewarded, alongside information about your role and employment. Your answers will be anonymous and will be managed confidentially by a third party provider. The final reports will only show trends and summaries, ensuring no survey respondents are individually identifiable.

This evidence is vital to create a benchmark against the norms for the industry and make recommendations within the final guidance to government departments.

We will look to run the survey on an annual basis in order to monitor progress against our recommendations and we hope to widen the scope further each year.
