Overview

eProcurement Assessment Tool (ePAT) is a Microsoft Excel based questionnaire that was developed to provide a baseline of the status of eProcurement readiness and deployment in Central Civil Government Departments and Agencies (GDAs) during the currency of the (now closed) eCommerce programme. The ePAT is available to public sector bodies only; please contact the OGC Service Desk on 0845 000 4999 for further assistance.

The ePAT consists of four sections containing questions on:

  • Business environment/profile
  • Organisational processes
  • Current systems and implementation plans
  • Performance measures
