eProcurement Assessment Tool (ePAT) is a Microsoft Excel based questionnaire that was developed to provide a baseline of the status of eProcurement readiness and deployment in Central Civil Government Departments and Agencies (GDAs) during the currency of the (now closed) eCommerce programme.
