For those still thinking about deploying eProcurement solutions, it will provide a readiness (to adopt eProcurement) rating as well as giving estimates of savings that could be achieved based on the responses given.
The ePAT is a self-assessment tool designed to assist organisations in determining their eProcurement position as well as identify, plan and manage the transition from traditional (predominantly paper-based) procurement systems to an entirely electronically based method.
The capability assessment is underpinned by OGC 'best-practice' guidance providing a route-map for establishing the direction and the realisation of the most effective eProcurement approach for the organisation. A maturity model is available to evaluate the current level of the organisation's eProcurement maturity.
