Overview

The PPM specialism is aimed at supporting staff in the public sector who wish to follow a career in programmes and projects rather than line-oriented career paths.

It concentrates on helping, advising and supporting experienced or qualified programme and project staff to develop their skills and careers and promoting the specialism as a distinct group. A longer-term aim is to provide a central source of expertise and advice on programme and project management across the public sector, who are involved in delivery.
